At Vortica, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be: In the same condition as received. Unworn or unused. With all original tags attached. In original packaging. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide: A prepaid return shipping label. Detailed instructions for sending your item back. Important: Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is: Damaged. Defective. Incorrect. Contact us immediately at storejackappleby@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants) Custom or personalized products. Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare) Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on: Final sale items. Gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out to us.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, no justification needed.
To qualify: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
